By using this website or booking a service with Orchart.l, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Consultations & Design Services

All services begin with an initial consultation, which is confirmed upon payment. This initial consultation includes a site visit for 60 minutes where you will get on site advice and recommendations tailored to your space and intentions for the space.

Concept and design packages will be organised upon request and selection. Garden concept and Full garden design packages will include layouts, plant selection, and plans up to scale. This packages require a diferent payment which will be quoted according to the size of the block and the scopes needed.

Payments

Payments are accepted via cash, bank transfer, or PayID. A consultation date and time will be confirmed once payment has been received and a payment receipt has been provided.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations are not be refunded.

Project Scope

Designs are created to suit the client’s vision, lifestyle, and budget. While we guide and recommend, final results may vary depending on plant growth, maintenance, and external contractor work. Plans are diagrammatic only. All measurements and levels must be checked on site. Positions of utilities must be located before any construction is undertaken. All construction to comply with Australian Standards, Council and State regulations.

Intellectual Property

All visual materials, concepts, designs, and written content remain the intellectual property of Lucia Lopez / Orchart.l unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorised use of the designs is prohibited. No part of the designs may be used for promotion or other commercial purposes without permission from Orchart.l as the designer of the garden.

Liability

While we take great care in our work, we are not liable for any damage, delays, or issues caused by external contractors, weather, or incorrect maintenance practices. All measurements and levels must be checked on site. Positions of utilities must be located before any construction is undertaken. All construction to comply with Australian Standards, Council and State regulations.

We reserve the right to update these terms, availability, or pricing at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
