• 1-hour on-site consultation to assess your garden, discuss your goals and understand your preferred style.

• A tailored planting palette selected specifically for your site conditions, maintenance preferences and design aesthetic.

• Plant catalogue with reference images.

• Scaled 2D planting plan showing the recommended plant layout within your existing garden beds.

• Plant schedule including botanical names, quantities and recommended pot sizes for easy sourcing.

• Mood board illustrating the overall planting style and atmosphere.

• General planting specifications and establishment/maintenance guidelines.

Optional Add-on

3D visuals of the garden beds can be added upon request. Pricing is based on the size and complexity of the project.

To prepare an accurate planting plan, we require one of the following:

• Current site survey

• House plans

• Accurate measurements provided by you of the existing garden

As this service works within your existing garden layout, it's important that all dimensions accurately reflect the current conditions.

If you have inspiration images or Pinterest boards, we'd love to see them, they help us understand the style you're aiming for.

Typical turnaround times are:

• Small gardens: approximately 2 weeks

• Medium to large gardens: 3–4 weeks

This is a collaborative process, and timely feedback helps us keep your project on schedule.
